Getting your Fishing Drone to You

At Condor Drones, we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth and straightforward as possible. Below is a breakdown of our shipping policy to help you understand how we deliver your orders quickly and securely.

Shipping Service Providers

We partner with trusted providers like Sendle and Australia Post to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time. Occasionally, we may also use courier services such as Couriers Please, TNT, and others. You can choose between Signed Parcel Post and Sendle Couriers at checkout. Shipping costs are determined by the size, weight, and destination of your order, and will be displayed at checkout unless you qualify for free shipping.

Combining Items for Shipping

To minimize shipping costs and reduce environmental impact, we will combine items into one package wherever possible. Please note that spare batteries will be shipped separately for safety reasons.

Handling and Dispatch Times

We know you're excited to receive your order, so we make it a priority to ship all orders within 2 business days of purchase. If there’s an unexpected delay, we’ll reach out to you right away to keep you informed.

Delivery Timeframes

For deliveries via Australia Post, expect your parcel to arrive within 3-6 business days for Parcel Post. Please keep in mind that deliveries to interstate or rural areas may take a bit longer. Some products containing batteries must be shipped by road, which can extend the delivery time.

Shipping Insurance and Damage Protection

While we take every precaution to package your orders securely, Condor Drones is not liable for any damage or loss that may occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We’re here to assist and will do our best to resolve the issue. If you receive a damaged parcel, do not accept it—reach out to us right away for support.
